Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how Quick LLC (“Aidra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles billing, cancellations, and refund requests for subscriptions to aidra.live. We aim to be fair and transparent. If you have any billing questions, please contact us at support@aidra.live before disputing a charge.

1. Subscription Billing

Aidra is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Billing is handled securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan — either monthly or annually — until you cancel your subscription.

Subscription charges renew automatically at the start of each billing period. You will receive a billing receipt from Stripe at the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current to avoid interruptions to your service.

2. Free Trial

If Aidra offers a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. During the trial, you will have access to platform features as described at the time of sign-up. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin and your payment method will be charged automatically.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Aidra subscription at any time from your account settings. No cancellation fees apply. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will retain full access to paid features through that date.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining within a billing period.

To cancel, navigate to your billing settings within the Aidra dashboard and follow the cancellation steps. If you experience difficulty canceling, contact support@aidra.live and we will assist you promptly.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • (a) Post-cancellation charge: You were charged after canceling your subscription due to a billing system error.
  • (b) Significant service outage: You experienced a significant service outage that prevented you from using Aidra for an extended period, and the issue was attributable to our platform.
  • (c) Incorrect charge: You were billed an amount that does not match your selected plan or any price change we communicated to you.
  • (d) Duplicate charges: Your payment method was charged more than once for the same billing period.

Refund requests that fall outside these categories are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We encourage you to reach out — we want to resolve billing concerns fairly.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@aidra.live with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Aidra account.
  • The charge amount and date of the transaction.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If additional information is needed to process your request, we will follow up by email.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method on file via Stripe. We initiate the refund within 3 business days of approval. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. Stripe may send you a separate confirmation of the refund.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under this policy:

  • Charges for billing periods during which the service was actively used.
  • Add-on features or integrations that have already been consumed or activated.
  • Custom enterprise plans, which are governed by separate written agreements between Aidra and the enterprise customer.

8. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 14 days of the billing year. The prorated amount is calculated based on the number of days remaining in the annual period at the time the refund is approved.

After 14 days from the start of the annual billing period, annual plans are non-refundable. However, your subscription will remain active through the end of the paid annual period, and you will not be charged upon renewal if you cancel before the renewal date.

9. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer instead of contacting us to resolve a billing issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Aidra account while the dispute is under review. Chargebacks can result in additional fees charged by payment processors.

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@aidra.live first. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute, and doing so allows us to continue providing you with uninterrupted service.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new policy takes effect. Continued use of Aidra after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
