Aidra provides a platform that gives startups and businesses access to 28 AI virtual employees — covering product management, design, engineering, marketing, and more. These AI agents can hold conversations, produce deliverables, run scheduled tasks, and integrate with third-party tools through our MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector system.

Aidra is a software service, not a staffing agency. The AI agents are automated tools and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on their output.

Each Aidra account is for a single individual or organization. You may not share your login credentials or allow multiple people to use the same account without an appropriate team plan. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Aidra will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@aidra.live.

You agree to use Aidra only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:

• Use AI agents to generate or distribute illegal content, including material that violates copyright, privacy, or anti-spam laws.
• Use the email sequencing or outreach features to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
• Attempt to harass, threaten, or harm other people using any Aidra feature or AI agent.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Use Aidra to train competing AI models or to create derivative services without our written consent.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the content you submit to Aidra, including company information, prompts, uploaded files, and instructions given to AI agents. Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

Aidra uses Stripe to process all payments. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until you cancel.

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Changes to your subscription pricing will not take effect until your next billing cycle after notification.

Refund policy: Because our service is delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon use, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@aidra.live within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.

Aidra's AI agents are powerful tools. With that comes responsibility. You agree not to direct our agents to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any person's rights.
• Impersonate real individuals or organizations in a misleading way.
• Create or distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent materials.
• Engage in market manipulation, securities fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Process personal data of third parties without proper legal authorization (e.g., GDPR-compliant consent).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are violating these terms, with or without prior notice in severe cases.

We care about your data. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Aidra, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through Aidra — including prompts, deliverables produced by AI agents on your behalf, uploaded files, and company information. By using Aidra, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service.

Our platform: Aidra and its underlying technology — including the platform, AI agent system, UI, code, and all associated intellectual property — are owned by Aidra and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of our platform.

Aidra integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), AI model providers (for agent intelligence), and optional integrations such as Slack, Google, LinkedIn, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct or availability of third-party services.

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from your settings. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a legal, security, or reputational risk. In non-emergency situations, we will attempt to notify you before termination.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

Aidra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aidra and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, at our election.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
